Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Tried the tasting menu. The staff was very friendly. The food was perfect. No need to add salt or anything. Especially the fennel starter was unbelieveably good. The pesto was tasty as from your own garden herbs. No need to wait too long- timing was...also perfect.More

This was my second time on Fiasco? and the food met my expectations again. As a starter I had white fish crudo as well as one of my friends, too. One of us had deer carpaccio. As main courses two of us had cod and...one had truffle tagliatelle. (Truffle clearly is one of their favourite ingredients as you could smell it immeduately when entering the restaurant and many dishes had it.) All these portions were beautiful and tasty. Will vome again! Henri Alen is one of my favourite chefs in Finland.More

We took the seasonal menu with tryffels and the wines on top. Added a few of the deep fried olives there also. This was our first restaurant experience as a wedding couple. We had a nice table with a view to the harbor. The food...was delicious. Especially the one dessert that was eaten by hand, gelato with tryffel and parmesan. Ridiculously good. The wines and one spirit complimented the food and the waiters told a little backstory on the wines. All allergens were taken into account. All in all an excellent dinner, will be coming back for sure when visiting Helsinki.More

Finally a restaurant with music that matches the food. The dishes were all excellent, the service great, and the courtyard dining very pleasant on a summer eve.

Over prized and may even leave one hungry. The food per se was good. Had seafood pasta, couliflower cannelone and briscet. Ricotta cake to finish all. The food was eafned well 4/5 points, but small potions and grossly over prized wines spoiled this experiebce.

We where there early on a saturday night. When we were seated the server brought us the menu and told us that 3 courses were sold out or not available (and there are only a few courses, maybe 16 in total). 3 of us ordered...Seafood pasta. When the food came there were only 2 schrimps in mine, no other seafood at all. So just name it for what it is “schrimp pasta”. My two schrimps were raw and I asked the waiter about that, because the other two of my friends had 3-4 schrimps in their pasta ( and some tomatoes) and they were cooked. The waiter told me that this is chevice schrimps!?!? But not in my friends 🤷🏼‍♀️ Same course though. When we finished the waiter came and asked us how it was and if we were pleased. I told her that if she wanted an honest answer, than this was the least we had ever tried. (We are world travellers) 98% was only pasta. It tasted good but was porly served. The service was good. The restaurant is nice. But they need to step up their game and have the food on the menu available on a saturday night and also name the courses for what they should stand for. “Seafood” is more then schrimps.More

We had the 4 course menu which cost just over 60 euro, and the antipasti mist which was an extra 10 euro. To begin with, service was a little slow, but the food itself was good:intresting flavours, but dont come here expecting a traditional italian...place. Friendly staff and over all nice experience!More

The restaurant was small and cozy, with a staff who where professional but relaxed. We had a four course dinner and the antipasti to start with. All there courses where very well composed, looking beautiful and tasting even better. The staff also celebrated the birthday...woman by singing Happy Birthday along with a candle in the desert. A very interesting restaurant with Italian influences, we do recommend to visit.More

Went here for a dinner. Location is great, on a prime spot in town. Staff also very friendly. However thats where the positives end. Food was not delicious, very weird ingredients used, not the type of italian food i am used to. I feel like...they tried to be too fancy with their menu.More

Bits and pieces of the food was super delicious. Rest of the food was good but no fireworks. Enjoyed especially a lot the seasonal mushrooms in the dishes. Service was very friendly, tiny bit sloppy at times but awfully slow with very long waiting times...between courses.More

We have been at Fiasco before and liked it. It is a bit pricey but we are fine with that. They should really go back to their roots and offer more authentic Italian food. It doesn't make sense in any universe to have bruschetta on...the menu and then serve toasted bread with mashed peas and pine nuts. What's wrong with tomatoes, basil and balsamic vinegar? Why do you stuff olives with meat and then fry them. What's wrong with plain good Italian olives Our main courses was nothing amazing either. You really need to make a U-turn and go back to the basics or or you will go out of business. Having said that, the service was good and we had a good time despite the strange take on otherwise good Italian dishes.More

On my visit, had the 5 course menu. Courses came fast after another, waiters were attentive though there was a big even above us and therefore it took "a long wait" according to them, though compared to many other restaurants that was still fast. Quiet...restaurant, easy to talk, nice atmosphere even though the kitchen is for all people to see. Rice ball eith burrata was so good I cried bit. Expensive quite, but in my case it was worth it. Only complaint is that the bathroom was a bit outdated though it was perfectly clean.More
