Restaurant is beautiful. Menu beautiful too. Got seated right away. 25 minutes later a waiter came by to give me water. Another 10 minutes went by before my order was taken. 25 minutes later oysters came out. Warm. 15 minutes later entree came out. It...was good. No one came by to ask me how the meal tasted. No one came by to bring me more water. Then when I finally asked for the bill. They had added a weekend surcharge of 10 percent. Plus an extra charge for credit card. Even though I ended up paying cash. No one came by for 7 minutes to take my money. So I simply got up and left. Consistently so. No one said good bye or thank you. Truthfully, a deeply disappointing experience on many levels.More
Exceptionally limited menu for an oyster restaurant shocked only one sort of oyster with either lemon or kilpatrick no other dressings ! We had to ask for a water bowl with lemon after tearing apart a lobster which we were given a nut cracker not...a lobster cracker so but Too big !!!! We also had to ask twice to have our table wiped down … and then only half was done . We were told very limited menu but as we paid the bill I counted 10 staff in the kitchen ( not wait staff ) who were dancing and singing . Glad to see them happy but think they could have done a lot more with the menu as they were not understaffed despite the waitress telling us they had lost a few chefs that day . Kitchen did not Look like it could fit shifter person in it !More
Very satisfied with food and service Food was excellent, wine list though fully priced was varied and complemented the wine well Good experience overall and worth booking
The oysters were fantastic. The food wasn’t served hot…the tacos had a lot of batter and the crispy potatoes had not much potato… lots of pan scrapings. Staff are friendly. The special was not available despite being ordered at 630 pm. Overall, a little more...attention to detail would improve the food.More
Staff where more interested standing behind the counter talking than serving customers. Once we placed our and 45 minutes passed I enquired and they said the order got lost?? and when it finally arrived no apology for the wait. The batted fish and chips was...dry and the batter was excessively thick and over cooked. I left half my meal and the staff didn’t even ask about the meal.More
Excellent meal, service amazing, great atmosphere. We had several dishes including oysters and dessert. All were delicious
Very good quality food and service. Cocktails are great try a classic margarita. Seating is timed for two hours which feels a bit rushed - so you should book for a later seating if you want to stay longer. Grateful to have this dining experience...in Broome.More
A delicious meal! Everything about this dinner was so yum!! Oysters, salads, gnocchi & everything else. Cocktails were great! Dessert was to die for!!
All the food and wine we had were delicious. From entree to dessert. The atmosphere outside was also amazing!! Our best dining experience in Broome.
Don’t waste your money, over rated, much better places in Broome to eat and experience, Very disappointing meal including the oysters
The service was very good. Staff very attentive and helpful. Food was really good. The prawn toast and the scallop dish amazing, huge amount of potatoes, fish great and steak. Really lovely setting and enjoyable meal.
I was looking forward to this meal after so much hype and reconfirmation requirements. We arrived early for our booking and the maître d was very accommodating. Small menu centred around oysters - flown from Sydney rather than local which seems odd. We had oysters...and artisanal bread with dip of the day….unidentifiable dip so we asked the waitress who had come to work wearing a shirt and no pants….she told us it was babaganoush but did not know what that was - that dip was not that but she assured us it was. No idea what they are serving. Mains - my friend had the barramundi - no issues and I had the special - chilli prawns with bok choy and paratha. Messy is the first comment as you have to get the heads off in a thick sauce and you got one paper serviette. The dish was tasty was half a cup of rice to soak up the sauce would have been magnificent rather than the paratha. The dessert menu was a laminated page with nothing appealing so We had limoncello. The worst weak limoncello ever. I never tell people things like that but it is as so bad at $10 a pop I told the maître d when we paid the bill - after trying to get the attention of any of the staff - and she took it off the bill which was nice as it was really appalling. Total bill $250. Not great but not terrible but not worth the $.More
