After a great horseback ride with Alma Equina, my husband and I had lunch at Kodkod which is on the same property. We shared a salad of the day and the ciervo. Delicious and fresh both! The salad had fresh green lettuce leaves from their...“Huerta” and quinoa, green onion, blueberries among other fresh, organic ingredients and it was accompanied by a very tasty dressing. The ciervo (deer meat) was slow cooked in a delicious sauce and was served with very tasty grilled potatoes. The meal also came with freshly baked rolls and two delicious sauces. My husband and I agreed this lunch was in the top 3-4 meals we’ve had in our (so far) 32 days in Chile. We are sad we can’t return any time soon. ; (More
