Beautiful place and views. Dinner was delicious, great recommendations from our waiter, although it was slow. It took so long to have the food on the table.

We came here for dinner, but were really targeting the dessert, or at least I was. If I'm in Galveston, I'm going to make at least one stop to eat the bread pudding. If you like or even think you like bread pudding, stop here...and try it. The seafood is always fresh, the service is always great, and it is just a nice place to eat. Is it the best seafood in Galveston? I don't know, but it is up there. I've eaten here many times over the years, and I've yet to have a bad experience. It has been consistent enough that if I needed a place to take someone for a meal that would impress, this would probably be the place I'd pick. For this visit, I ate clam chowder so I knew I would have room for the bread pudding. My wife had a chicken pasta dish she said was really good, and my daughter also liked. My daughter ordered the gumbo, which I would probably suggest skipping. It wasn't bad, but it was different, and there are better places to get gumbo. The staff comped the gumbo and she ordered a chocolate dessert, which both of the kids enjoyed. My son had his typical chicken tender/French fry kids meal and was plenty happy. Will we come here again when we are in Galveston? Most likely. Hopefully, weather and seagulls permitting, we will be able to enjoy the outside dining area.More
Tonight was our first time to dine at Fisherman’s Wharf and it’s definitely safe to say that we will be coming back! Not only was the food AMAZING but the service we received from our server, Constance, was TOP NOTCH!
We just cousins resist visiting Fisherman’s Wharf and their amazing deck seating today. The food was good as always but the service exceeded our expectations. Ancelvo treated us like we were the only table in the establishment even through it was packed. He was friendly,...attentive, knowledgeable and quick. I don’t know what he makes but I’m certain he needs a raise.More
The food and service were both fantastic! I had the red snapper with Elissa topping. We shared the oysters Rockefeller. Best meal I’ve had out in a really long time! Our server was above & beyond. He was very friendly, attentive & fun. We were...there for my friends birthday & she was impressed. Ask for Ancelvo, sit outside and enjoy!More
Okay 1st and foremost our experience was OUT OF THIS WORLD! From the customer service (CONSTANCE!) to the food, everything was phenomenal!. So let's talk about our superstar server CONSTANCE, what a great asset to this establishment she is, from her warm and friendly demeanor...to the great attention she gave us, she made this whole dining experience very pleasurable. I would recommend Fisherman's Wharf and give it a 10 out of 10!More
The spot is great. I’m sitting here looking at our cruise ship that were taken for the first time, and we’re excited and our waiter. Ancelvo our waiter was just so nice and wonderful and food great. Thanks!
Amazing experience! I always love coming here. The service was great and the view is even better. The food and drinks are wonderful!
This is one of my favorite places to eat when I visit Galveston. From the friendly service, fresh seafood and clean restrooms this place has all you need for a light lunch with a variety of happy hour appetizers and speciality drinks to draft beer...featuring the Elissa hand crafted in Galveston Brewery representing the Old Elissa Ship sitting right outside the restaurant itself on the Gulf. Good Food everytime we visit made by Senior Chef Doug. Highly recommend this to anyone making a day trip or fun weekend trip to our Good Ole Galveston Island. A must visit spot!More
The Mahi Mahi was delicious. We saw a gorgeous sunset from our table on the upper level. The best part of our visit was our server, Danielle. She was so sweet, attentive, and took great care of us!
Very nice dinner made even better by the excellent service we received from Albert. Courteous, attentive, shared conversation about the history and sights of Galveston. Well done!
This was a perfect spot to serve a large group. Our server Ancelvo was the best and has an awesome personality with our group.
Had a wonderful lunch with great food, great view of the Elissa and service. We appreciate your excellent service Rebekah.
I would highly recommend the outdoor seating! We were seated quickly. Our waiter, Ancelvo, was attentive and witty adding to the experience of the evening. The other staff were friendly and helpful, as well. The food was delicious!
My boyfriend and I ate here during Galveston’s Mardi Gras yesterday. Danielle was our server, and let me say, she was so warm and accommodating towards us. Very rarely do I come across a server who leaves such a lasting impression. Thank you Danielle and...Fisherman’s Wharf!More
