The hotel is located in the middle of the village. ATM and some shops are within a walking distance. However, there is a lot to improve in the hotel itself. The exterior is rather dull and the menu at the restaurant is really limited. Practically there was only buffet available, the only course at the ala carte was steak. The room was really worn out and not up to the modern standards. It was rather clean, though.
The spa was under repair, so I can't say anything about it (except that it was not available). I also wonder a little bit tha name of the hotel, which means "splashes of Kianto". The hotel is not on the shore of the lake or rapids, instead there is a pretty stationary and small body of water behind the hotel...
I would say that in the current condition the hotel is appropriate to no more than one night stay, if you are driving by.
