This is a very nice community where there are malls and restaurants and offices too. The whole place is very safe as there is a police station nearby. This place is pet friendly!

Was just there last night. I like coming here as it is very accessible and near from home. This is my comfort place. I like walking around here. I also like to watch my movies here. This is also the place where I go to the beauty salon. Love dining here as well. There are so many stores to go to. Nice selection and mix of stores and restaurants. The fire works last night was also nice.

Eastwood City is a nice built up inner city business area. There is a nice mall, tons of places to eat, drink, shop and hang out. In the evening there is sometimes live entertainment in the central park and during the day you will often find an open air market with trinkets for sale. Lots of shopping areas and the the Richmonde Hotel are connected by passages or walkways which helps in the heat. The walkway area outside the mall also has a very nice water fountain display that lights up and moves to music in the evening. People walk their dogs there all day and evening.
There always seems to be a lot of construction.
Very safe and security patrolled.
Good shopping.
The only issue is Eastwood City is further away from the Waterfront Harbor, Downtown and Historical areas. Driving to these places from there can take a lot of time because of the traffic congestion. The best day to visit the rest of the city is Sunday, when the traffic is much, much lighter.

It is always a delight to spend some time in our condo unit at Eastwood City, either to meet friends or family for lunch or dinner, or just plain relax. The community is located in a busy and sprawling Metro-Manila area but once you are in Eastwood City you don't need to go far to enjoy all the amenities a major city has to offer. You have everything within reach at your leisure. You can walk to the shopping mall and shop until you drop, and to other boutique shops, dine at restaurants that offer different cuisine, watch a movie or a concert/show, relax in a coffee shop, spend some time in a book store, and many more. There are major banks, fast food restaurants, grocery stores and supermarkets within walking distance.
