Worn-out, old hotel. The stuff in the bathroom are mouldy. The anti slip mat most specially and also the shower curtain and shower head (see actual pics). Everything in the bathroom is out-dated. They serve canteen-food (free breakfast in cling-wrapped plates). Parking is not that accesible. Its located far from the entrance and exits. Not worth the price we paid for. Will not comeback to this hotel.

It's not the first time we stayed in this hotel. I liked our first visits better. Here are reasons why:
1. From inside compound parking to outside building call lobby to open gate to access our car.
2. From king size beds to queen size beds
3. From decent breakfast options to Louis breakfast. It's better to eat outside or do what we did just get the juice coz the breakfast is NOT worth the fats!
4. From cool room to barely cooling air-con. We were on 17" but still sweating.
5. From water available in rooms to 20pesos per small bottle of drinking water.

The staff continue to be courteous, nice and solicitous but an aging property is simply that - aging.
The internet and hot water is still best in Subic.

Their room with loft is good for groups. It is spacious and can accommodate families. The bathroom can use some upgrading but it's not that bad. Their breakfast is only room service so orders need to be placed the night before. The choices are enough and the serving is big. Another good thing is that the hotel is walking distance to the Harbor Point Mall, San Roque Chapel and Subic Bay. It's also very near Royal Subic for dutyfree grocery.

Well we booked the room with loft located at the 3rd floor no elevator so its kind a tired if get your things up it is now separate with the condo own unit. Plated breakfast near royal duty free shopping and harbour square mall what i love to this hotel is the kitchen you can cook your food if you bringing your whole family. Kitchen utensils can rent at 300 pesos. Bathroom with tub. It has a dining area washing machine and refrigerator. It has also a balcony but the parking is located at the back of the building. Quite room and surroundings the staff is nice.

My cousin booked us here for my uncle's 85th birthday. I loved the concept of having the bedroom in a loft. Such a space saver. It could have been better if the staircase going up the loft has a handrail. Otherwise, there's a danger of you slipping while going down the stairs. Each room has a cozy balcony.
Wifi was good and aircon was working well. I was not sure if their heater was working and the shampoo dispenser at the shower area can be better. Some bath towels were also thin. Bed linens were great. Did I mention that the room has a clothes washer? Yes, we were delighted to see it although we didn't get to use it.
The staff were courteous and helpful. .

Room tip: No elevator. So, if you have knee problems, choose a ground floor room. Rooms where the bed is on the loft is also not for the elderly.
